A tax consultancy firm in Jakarta is seeking a Librarian Intern to support the management and development of their tax literature collections. DDTC is seeking a Librarian Intern to support the management and development of tax literature collections within DDTC Library. The role involves ensuring the availability of accurate, relevant, and up-to-date references to support research and professional activities.

Job Descriptions:

• Organize library collections, including books, journals, magazines, and digital literature
• Conduct periodic evaluations of library collections
• Assist library visitors in identifying and accessing relevant information sources
• Prepare thematic bibliographies and library references aligned with DDTC’s research needs, as well as support DDTC Library social media content
• Manage library administration, including library usage regulations, visitor database, and related documentation

Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Taxation, Library Science, or Communication
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar field or role will be an advantage
• Ability to read and comprehend academic references in English
• Ability to write and compile tax literature reviews
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Up-to-date knowledge of current tax issues and literature developments
• Willing to work on weekends when required

Candidates are Required to Pass:

• DDTC General Knowledge Test
• General Tax Knowledge Test
