Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Client Project Supervisor to manage end-to-end delivery of client projects within scope, schedule, and budget. You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes and high-quality deliverables across data center initiatives.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and effective communication to keep stakeholders informed and projects on track.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience in data center client and facilities projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is desirable.
• Experience managing vendors, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Experience working in regional or multinational environments is advantageous.
• Additional beneficial certifications such as CDCP etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects from planning through execution and handover.

• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions as required.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned projects and coordinate meetings and updates.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and value delivery.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and governance requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and escalate significant risks timely.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate reviews, inspections, testing, and handovers where applicable.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.

Your role at a glance

The Client Project Supervisor is responsible for managing the successful delivery of client projects from initiation through completion. The role ensures project objectives are achieved within agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and governance requirements while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibility

Project Delivery:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of client projects from planning through execution and handover.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as required.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure timely communication of project updates, risks, and decisions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Commercial & Financial Management:

• Support project budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial reporting activities.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure effective budget control.
• Support procurement activities, contractor engagement, and contract administration processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve project cost efficiency and value delivery.

Risk & Governance:

• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Escalate significant project risks and issues in a timely manner.

Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality and operational requirements.
• Coordinate reviews, inspections, testing, and project handover activities where applicable.
• Support adherence to health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Capture lessons learned and contributed to continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting & Communication:

• Prepare and maintain project status reports and dashboards.
• Provide regular updates on project milestones, risks, budgets, and schedules.
• Communicate project performance and key outcomes to stakeholders and management.

Knowledge and Attributes:

Project Management:

• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and delivery frameworks.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.

Operations Knowledge:

• Moderate understanding of Electrical and Mechanical systems and associated building infrastructure.
• Familiarity with facility operations, maintenance activities, and operational requirements.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams during project delivery.
• Understanding of operational risks and impacts associated with project implementation

• Strong influencing, collaboration, and negotiation skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
