Job description

Responsible for Datacom and access product maintenance operations, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Maintain network quality and availability through routine network audits and preventive actions.

Travel to multiple cities across Indonesia for network implementation and technical support.

Monitor network health using NMS/NOC tools and respond to alarms promptly.

Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, and other IP network devices.

Provide level-2/level-3 technical support for escalated incidents, root cause analysis, and service restoration.

Execute network configuration updates, security patches, and change management activities.

Handle Change Requests (CR), service provisioning, and escalation handling.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, planning, transmission, and service delivery to integrate IP solutions within telecom infrastructure.

Maintain documentation: network topology, IP planning, SOPs, and technical reports.

Support service improvement projects and conduct knowledge transfer for junior engineers.

Ensure SLA & KPI performance standards are consistently achieved.

Demonstrate leadership, mentoring capability, and strong analytical skills.

Valid professional certification such as CCNA or HCIA is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Computer, or Informatics Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Datacom Engineer or relevant network engineering role.

Strong command of English in both written and spoken communication.

Understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network architecture.

Familiar with Linux / Unix OS and IP networking concepts.

Knowledge of basic telecommunications, cloud computing, or network virtualization is an advantage.

Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills; fast learner and able to work with minimum supervision.

Experience with Datacom and Access network products is an added advantage.
