Job summary

PT Link Net Tbk is seeking an intern to build and enhance dashboards for Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Learning & Development using Excel.

You will clean, validate, and transform data to ensure accurate reporting and reliable insights, while monitoring dashboard performance and addressing reporting issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet, especially Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, formulas, and charts.
• Familiarity with data visualization.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities
