Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• At least five years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced SQL skills, including CTEs and window functions.
• Strong Python skills (Pandas, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels).
• Expert proficiency in GA4, Looker, or similar product analytics tools.
• Deep knowledge of A/B testing and experimental design.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and data manipulation.
• Experience with time-series analysis (Prophet, ARIMA).
• Experience with growth modeling (S-curves).
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical executives.

Responsabilités

• Build predictive models, statistical reports, and analytic methods to identify trends in large, complex datasets.
• Apply analytics across market economics, supply chain, marketing, advertising, and research.
• Forecast business outcomes using predictive and prescriptive methods and defined confidence levels.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments, incl. hypotheses and sample sizes.
• Use GA4 and Looker to map user journeys, identify drop-offs, and propose product improvements.
• Apply Generative AI to improve business processes and automate workflows.
• Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

We are looking for a Full Stack Data Science and Analytics professional to connect advanced statistical modeling with agile product growth. You will manage the end-to-end data lifecycle, build predictive models, and lead experimentation that improves user engagement and business efficiency.

Skills & Capabilities

Must-Haves

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• At least five years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced SQL skills, including common table expressions and window functions.
• Strong Python skills, including Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Statsmodels.
• Expert proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Looker, or similar product analytics tools.
• Deep knowledge of A/B testing and Frequentist or Bayesian experimental design.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, complex formulas, and data manipulation.
• Experience with time-series analysis using methods such as Prophet and ARIMA.
• Experience with growth modeling, including S-curves.
• Strong product mindset and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical executive audiences.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience applying Generative AI to business processes.
