Job summary
PT Mitra Teleinformatika Perkasa is seeking a QA/Software Tester to execute manual and functional testing across applications, prepare test cases, and track issues in JIRA. You will perform API tests with Postman and assist with Selenium-based automation.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in QA, solid SQL knowledge, and strong communication skills to collaborate with QA, Developers, and Business teams for reliable software delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in QA, Software Testing, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience in manual and functional testing, including test case preparation and execution.
- Good knowledge of SQL/MySQL for database querying and data validation.
- Experience with Microsoft & JIRA or other defect/issue tracking tools.
- Basic knowledge of Selenium & Postman.
- Good analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge or experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual and functional testing of applications and software features.
- Prepare and execute test cases and track bugs/issues using JIRA.
- Perform API testing using Postman and support basic Selenium-based automation testing.
- Validate data and prepare comprehensive test reports.
- Collaborate & Coordinate with QA, Developers, and Business teams to clarify requirements, resolve defects, and ensure successful software delivery.
