Job summary

CIMB Niaga seeks a senior data platform architect to design, build, and manage an enterprise data platform that integrates real-time and batch data, shapes data models, and delivers data and services via APIs and serving layers to support operational, analytical, and digital business needs.

You will define integration standards, design scalable architecture, govern data quality, and enable API gateways with cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform, including CI/CD, monitoring, and cost

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design a scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise data platform architecture.
• Define data integration standards for real-time, near-real-time, and batch processing.
• Develop a data platform blueprint aligned with the company's technology roadmap and business needs.
• Design and implement CDC-based data ingestion and an event streaming architecture using Kafka and Flink.
• Ensure near-real-time data flows meet SLAs, reliability, and data quality.
• Design data models and build data marts, canonical models, and data products.
• Provide secure, documented, and easy-to-use APIs and data services for internal and external applications.
• Collaborate with application teams, data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
