Job summary

PT Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) is seeking a Sales Performance Analyst to collect, clean, and analyze data, identify trends, and develop incentive schemes for Marketing and Collection teams. The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills and experience leading a team in a multifinance environment.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor degree in Mathematics or Statistics and a proven ability to manage large datasets and deliver actionable insights to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mathematics or Statistics or related field.
• 2 years of experience as sales performance analyst at a multifinance company and managing a team.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Experience handling large datasets (millions of records).

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Cleanse and preprocess data to prepare it for analysis, addressing missing or inconsistent information.
• Perform detailed data analysis using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor analysis to inform strategies.
• Develop incentive schemes for Marketing and Collection teams.
