Job summary

Technosoft Group is seeking a Data Migration Specialist to support data migration activities for enterprise system implementation projects. You will collect, validate, consolidate, map, and migrate data from multiple sources into the new system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

You will work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to gather migration requirements and support data extraction. You will also develop migration templates, perform data checks, and assist in go-live data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data migration projects or related implementation work.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data validation, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.
• Familiarity with databases, data structures, and data analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, MySQL, and Python is a must.
• Experience with or knowledge of MongoDB is an advantage.
• Good understanding or working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.
• Fluent in English with good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, clean, and validate data from multiple sources before migration.
• Work with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to support data integration and resolve migration issues.
• Prepare and maintain migration templates, mapping files, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in system configuration, migration testing, and go-live data migration activities.
• Develop tools, scripts, or solutions to facilitate migration across different data formats and sources.
• Perform data checks and reconciliation to ensure successful migration results.
• Provide post-migration support, issue analysis, and documentation updates as needed.
