Job summary

CBI Credit Bureau Indonesia is seeking a Data Management Engineer to investigate, analyze, and resolve credit data issues ensuring accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance. You will work with internal teams, clients, data contributors, and regulators like OJK to deliver timely data resolution.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in a data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or the financial industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of credit data systems; familiarity with SLIK is a plus.
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis; knowledge of programming (e.g., Python) and reporting tools is an advantage.

• Investigate data in databases, files, and other sources to identify issues and insights.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (developers, relevant teams) and external parties (OJK, data contributors).
• Resolve and monitor data disputes in accordance with internal and regulatory SLAs.

Responsibilities include analyzing data from databases and other sources, monitoring dispute resolution within SLA, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams, clients, data contributors, and regulatory bodies such as OJK. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure timely and accurate data resolution.
