Job Description

• Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate AI models into chatbot solutions.
• Design and implement data processing and analysis pipelines to improve AI model performance.
• Regularly review and update AI models to ensure they remain cutting‑edge and relevant to market needs.
• Develop personalized AI features to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to guide business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
