Job summary

CADIT Consultants Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a data engineer to integrate data from diverse systems and design data pipelines to address client challenges in Industry 4.0 contexts.

A strong background in SQL and non-relational databases, big data tools, and cloud platforms is valued, along with good English communication and a proactive learning mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in CS/Informatics/Math/Physics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong Relational Database knowledge in SQL Server, IBM Db2, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
• Experience with non-relational databases (e.g., Cassandra, MongoDB, Neo4J, Redis, Cosmos DB) is a plus
• Experience with Big Data tools (Spark, Hive, Hadoop) and Kafka is a plus
• Experience with Cloud technologies is a plus
• Knowledge of data transmission protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, MQTT, etc.) is a plus
• Experience with Git is a plus
• Experience with Redis is a plus
• Willing to learn new technologies; interested in Industry 4.0; self-driven; strong technical documentation; good English skills
