Job summary

PT Higienis Indonesia is seeking a Sales Support professional to manage data, prepare regular sales reports, and analyze sales data to support business decisions. You will monitor targets by area, outlet, and product category, while ensuring data accuracy for the sales team and management.

You will coordinate with the sales team on activities, stock, and operations, provide administrative support, and identify trends and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 degree from any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support or related roles.
• Strong data handling and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage regular sales reports.
• Process and analyze sales data to support business decision-making.
• Monitor sales target achievement by area, outlet, and product category.
