Job summary

PT Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia, Tbk is seeking a Data Analyst to collect, clean, and analyze sales data from multiple sources. The role includes forecasting, reporting, and evaluating promotions within the Sales & Marketing function.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 1 year of experience, and advanced Excel skills with data visualization proficiency. CRM understanding is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as a minimum requirement.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data/analytics roles, preferably in manufacturing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Studio or similar.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics and ability to present insights.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from multiple sources.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and dashboards.
• Conduct sales forecasting and performance analysis.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, pricing, and campaigns.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems.
• Understand CRM configuration and support its usage processes.
• Participate in strategic projects within the Sales & Marketing function.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
