Job summary

Social Bread is looking for a proactive junior digital marketing assistant in Tangerang, Indonesia. The role focuses on outreach, client relationship building, and performance optimization across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads platforms.

You will analyze campaign performance, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and coordinate with the Project Assistant on timelines and assets in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this entry-level position.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising and social media.
• Familiar with platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads is a plus.
• Comfortable working with numbers, data, and basic performance reports.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial outreach and build relationships with prospective clients.
• Analyze client account performance and identify growth opportunities and recommend ad optimization strategies.
• Set up and monitor low-budget campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads to ensure efficient performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly client performance reports, including Reach, CTR, CPR, and Budget Spent, using Google Sheets.
• Coordinate daily with the Project Assistant on campaign timelines, creative assets, and client feedback.
