Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Indonesia is seeking a QA/QC Mechanical - Data Centre to ensure flawless execution, installation and performance of all mechanical and precision cooling systems on site. The role emphasizes rigorous quality assurance aligned with international standards and zero-downtime requirements.

You will lead on-site inspections, manage critical quality records, participate in FAT/SAT, track NCRs, and verify materials and subcontractor compliance with project specs and datasheets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years experience in data centre or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience managing contractors, consultants and site teams.
• Excellent communication and fast-paced, high-availability environment capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site inspections and testing for HVAC, piping, and fire protection.
• Review and manage quality records and test reports.
• Lead FAT/SAT and ensure zero defects before commissioning.
• Identify NCRs and drive corrective actions with subcontractors.
• Inspect incoming mechanical materials and ensure subcontractors meet standards.
