Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Indonesia seeks a Technology Support II to join the Corporate Infrastructure Platforms team. You will provide frontline support for hardware, software, and networks, using AI-assisted tools to accelerate incident triage and troubleshooting.

Role focuses on delivering high-quality service, efficient issue resolution, and continuous improvement while respecting data sensitivity and security requirements. Knowledge of data center infrastructure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, cybersecurity, data science or related field.
• 2+ years in first-contact end-user support for hardware, software, and networks.
• Knowledge of Data Centre mechanical & electrical infrastructures and security systems.
• Ability to configure iLO/iDRAC or remote access.
• Experience with AI-assisted incident triage and validation.
• Familiarity with hardware, peripherals, and network components.

Responsibilities

• Provides first-line support for hardware, software, and technology issues and resolves challenges efficiently.
• Assists in timely delivery of technology support services to internal customers and coordinates resources.
• Uses enterprise AI capabilities to speed up incident triage and root-cause hypothesis generation.
• Contributes to system functionality via hardware, peripherals, devices, and network expertise.
• Applies diagnostic tools and best practices to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Reviews AI-assisted recommendations and escalates when uncertain.
