Job summary

Arbeit Infotech in Indonesia is seeking a Thermal Engineer to support the enterprise Data Center industry in Cikarang, West Java. The role focuses on thermal and HVAC systems, power distribution, cooling solutions, and network cabling, with on-site duties and coordination with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.

You will read and interpret technical drawings, use AutoCAD and Microsoft Project for planning, and ensure work complies with safety standards and project schedules while solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field is required or preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Thermal/HVAC within Data Center, construction, or critical infra projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
• Familiarity with data center systems, installation, commissioning HVAC, CRAH & FWU.
• Strong communication and coordination with engineers, contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support data center infrastructure systems, including power distribution, cooling, and network cabling.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
• Use AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or other project management tools for planning and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders; manage activities to meet timelines and safety standards.
