Job description

This role focuses on the construction, commissioning, inspection, and daily technical support of data center cooling and ventilation systems. Full professional training on data center HVAC systems will be provided.

Key responsibilities

Assist senior engineers with site supervision, installation checks, and quality inspections of data center HVAC and cooling systems, including chilled water systems, cooling towers, CRAH units / precision air-conditioning systems, hot/cold aisle containment, and ventilation systems.

Support system testing, commissioning, parameter adjustment, and routine operational inspections of cooling equipment.

Monitor room temperature, humidity, and airflow conditions, and assist in optimizing cooling efficiency and improving PUE performance.

Organize and maintain HVAC technical documents, testing records, inspection logs, and acceptance documentation.

Coordinate with construction teams and suppliers to resolve basic on-site technical issues.

Follow the company's training program to quickly develop a strong understanding of data center operating and maintenance standards.

About you

Bachelor's or Diploma degree in HVAC, Building Environment, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

No prior working experience required. Fresh graduates and junior engineers are highly encouraged to apply.

Basic understanding of mechanical and cooling system principles, with a strong willingness to learn data center technologies.

Able to read basic construction and engineering drawings, with a careful and responsible approach to site work.

Basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills for on-site communication and technical document reading.

Willing to work on-site at data center project locations in Cikarang.
