Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a civil/structural engineer in Jakarta to join our team. You will perform structural analysis and design for data center facilities, including reinforced concrete and steel work, and ensure safety against gravity, wind and seismic loads.

You will prepare calculations, reports, specs and construction documents, coordinating with BIM and multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong English communication and proficiency with StaadPRO,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering.
2–5 years of relevant professional experience in structural engineering.
Experience with buildings, industrial facilities, data centers and seismic design advantageous.
Proficiency with structural analysis software (StaadPRO, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, AutoCAD).
Familiarity with Indonesian standards (SNI) and international codes.

Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis and design of data center facilities, including reinforced concrete and steel structures.
Design for gravity, wind, seismic and equipment loads per applicable standards.
Prepare engineering calculations, design reports, specifications and construction docs.
Contribute to design optimization, value engineering and constructability reviews.
Coordinate with Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and BIM teams.
Conduct design reviews and ensure QA/QC compliance.
Support discussions with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
