Job summary

Information Technology Services is seeking a Data Center Server Repair Engineer (English-Indonesian bilingual) to diagnose, repair, and maintain server hardware in a modern data center. You will work with multinational teams, ensure uptime, and coordinate with vendors for parts and warranties.

The role requires 1–2 years in server/data center management, familiarity with Windows Server, Linux/Unix, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and basic networking concepts.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information System or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in server/data center management.
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux/Unix administration.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, Subnetting, Fiber Optics, UTP.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of storage, backup, and disaster recovery concepts.
• IT certifications (CompTIA Server+, Microsoft, VMware, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in multinational teams.
• On-call emergencies during critical downtime; willing to overtime.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair server hardware (CPU, memory, storage, power, cabling).
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure optimal server performance.
• Replace faulty components and coordinate with vendors for warranty or parts.
• Document repair activities, asset tracking, and maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with network and system teams to minimize downtime during repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and data center procedures.
• Support audits and inspections related to server infrastructure.
• Provide technical reports and recommendations for improving reliability.
• Prepare operational reports for management.
• Ensure server availability, security, and performance according to SLA.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and data center operational procedures

Requirements:
