Qualifications

• 2 years in an enterprise Data Center environment.
• CCNA and CCNP preferred.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly sweeps of server and storage equipment in the data center, detecting hardware and network connectivity issues.
• Diagnose server and storage equipment connectivity issues, including basic troubleshooting of network transceiver and optical fiber problems.
• Engage vendor support organizations by opening cases and following up on fixes and investigations.
• Collaborate with operations to manage break-and-fix logistics and vendor escorts for repairs.
• Oversee returns processes for components such as PSUs, switches, and field-replaceable units.
