Job summary

Arbeit Infotech is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler in Indonesia to develop and maintain detailed project schedules for IT infrastructure initiatives. You will work with engineering, construction, procurement, and logistics teams to track milestones and ensure critical paths are identified early.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields and 3–5 years of scheduling experience, preferably in data center construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in data center construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, project controls, and critical path analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and prepare progress reports and recovery schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Maintain project control documentation and communicate schedule risks.
