Job summary

PT ZTE Indonesia is seeking a Data Center HVAC Engineer (CDU Liquid Cooling/FWU) to review drawings, guide subcontractors, and supervise on-site installation and commissioning for data center projects in Karawang and Cibitung. You will ensure timely construction and system integrity with strong CAD skills and English communication.

The role requires 3+ years in data center HVAC, familiarity with CDU liquid cooling, and knowledge of major brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in data center HVAC, CDU liquid cooling/FWU
• Familiar with major HVAC brands (York, Carrier, Emerson, Midea)
• Proficient in air-cooled precision equipment concepts and interfaces
• Able to read and modify design drawings with CAD
• Good English communication; Mandarin a plus

Responsibilities

• Review drawings for HVAC/CDU/FWU and coordinate with design unit and subcontractor daily
• Clarify technical construction drawings on site
• Guide subcontractors to install HVAC/CDU/FWU equipment on site
• Track progress of installation, construction and commissioning
• Perform HVAC debugging and troubleshooting
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance during operation
• Manage overall construction site for HVAC/CDU/FWU engineering
• Organize construction plans and supervise equipment hoisting and progress
• Oversee water/air cooling system construction and pipeline welding
• Maintain and repair HVAC/CDU/FWU systems, diagnose faults and propose solutions
• Manage HVAC spare parts and project-related ventilation and drainage work

Data Center HVAC Engineer (CDU Liquid Cooling/FWU)

1. Reviews the professional drawings of HVAC/CDU/FWU and communicates with the design unit and subcontractor on a daily basis.

2. Technical clarification of construction site drawings

3. Guide subcontractors to install HVAC/CDU/FWU equipment on site

4. Track the subcontractor's progress of installation, construction, and debugging of professional HVAC/CDU/FWU equipment.

5. HVAC Debugging and Troubleshooting

6. Performs routine checks, overhaul, and maintenance of HVAC/CDU/FWU equipment during operation and maintenance.

7. Responsible for the overall management of the HVAC/CDU/FWU engineering construction site

8. Organize the formulation of HVAC/CDU/FWU construction plans, arrange construction progress, special equipment hoisting or construction plans, and supervise the implementation.

9. Responsible for the construction of HVAC/CDU/FWU water cooling and air cooling systems, and supervise the welding construction process and process of HVAC pipelines

10. Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the company's HVAC/CDU/FWU system equipment, familiar with the principle of HVAC refrigeration, able to find hidden dangers in operation in time, responsible for analyzing the causes of failures in system equipment, proposing solutions, and solving faults to ensure equipment operation

11. Responsible for HVAC professional spare parts management

12. Responsible for the construction management and supervision of the ventilation system, fresh air system and disaster drainage system of the project

13. Responsible for the implementation of the HVAC/CDU/FWU professional project combined with the implementation of local standards

Requirements

1. Min. 3 years of relevant work experience in data center HVAC, especially CDU liquid cooling/FWU

3. Familiar with mainstream HVAC equipment brands, York, Carrier, Emerson, Midea and other mainstream HVAC brands

4. Be familiar with the principle architecture, software and hardware, communication, and interfaces of air-cooled precision air-conditioners.

Protocol, engineering installation, and routine maintenance

5. Be familiar with the principle structure, engineering construction, and routine maintenance of the fresh air system

6. Be familiar with the principles, software, and hardware of the multi-line system.

7. Maintenance Experience of the Air Conditioning System in a Large-Scale Data Center

8. The CAD software can be used to draw and modify the design diagram.

9. Diploma/Bachelor degree or above in Refrigeration, Air conditioning and energy engineering/mechanical engineering/electrical or related majors

10. Have good communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus

11.Willing to be placed in Karawang and Cibitung (West Java)
