Nityo Infotech is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support DC project management in Jakarta. You will help establish objectives, monitor schedules with Foremen, vendor coordination, and report progress to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes cost control, quality, and adherence to timelines. Qualified candidates will have a 3-year track record in Data Center projects, with mandatory data center design experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years in Data Center project management or operations.
• Experience in Data Center Design is mandatory.
• Greenfield and Brownfield experience is a plus.
• Operational experience is a plus.
• Ability to deliver projects within cost and time parameters.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic mindset for internal and external partners.
• Solid project management, reporting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• To support Project Manager to establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate boundaries.
• To negotiate and supervise preparation of all change orders on the project under guidance of the Project Manager.
• Maintain logs required to track project progress and status.
• Coordinate with Project Assistant or external Project Manager for tracking devices and schedules.
• Maintain liaison with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor construction activities with onsite Foreman to ensure schedule, quality and budget adherence.
• Investigate serious situations and implement corrective actions within company guidelines.
• Represent company in meetings with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Monitor and control project schedule using Primavera / MS Projects.
• Assist PM to monitor financial aspects of contracts and protect company interests.
• Track ETA delivery of equipment and services from vendors and data centers.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and update schedules as needed.
• Serve as onsite escalation point for service incidents and assist with ad-hoc requests.
• Communicate with stakeholders on vendor management and documentation.
