Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years as Site Manager.
• Strong knowledge of building and data center MEP systems; CAD/BIM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage Civil & MEP activities in data center projects to achieve quality, cost, schedule, and safety targets.
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams; provide reports to the Project Manager.
• Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, method statements, shop drawings, and material approvals.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and on-site issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and K3/HSE procedures.
