Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an ICT Service Delivery Technician to provide on-site support for ICT and Engineering services within a Data Center environment in Indonesia. The role focuses on technical maintenance in critical client environments, following established procedures and working under supervision.

You will handle equipment installation, relocation, decommission tasks, and coordinate with third-party engineers while maintaining documentation and safe operating standards.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or equivalent training in a technical discipline with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Must meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in applying work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Willing to work on shifting arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Process IT equipment installation, relocation and decommission requests within timeframes and to standards.
• Provide problem-solving support including server reboots and backups.
• Escort third-party engineers and ensure site standards.
• Receive, respond to, and assign break and fix tickets within agreed timeframes or escalate.
• Create and update on-site documentation and SOPs when instructions or processes change.
• Receive and complete patching and de-patching requests.
• Develop good working relationships with staff and client representatives.
• Provision, fault diagnosis and rectification of network connectivity and IT equipment installations.
• Maintain safe and professional working environment.
• Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
