CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Facility Engineer (HV Electrical) to oversee the safe, reliable operation and maintenance of critical electrical infrastructure in a mission‑critical data centre.

From utility intake to rack‑level distribution, you will lead planned maintenance, supervise technicians, coordinate with vendors, ensure compliance with HSEQ and electrical standards, and drive continuous improvements to maximize uptime and business continuity.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical operations and maintenance with high‑voltage exposure.
• At least 3 years of experience within a mission‑critical environment, preferably a data centre.
• Strong knowledge of data centre power infrastructure including HV/MV systems, transformers, generators, UPS systems, battery systems, ATS/STS equipment, and power distribution systems.
• Deep understanding of data centre electrical architecture, redundancy concepts such as N+1 and 2N, and protection coordination principles.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain HV/MV switchgear, transformers, LV switchboards, generators, UPS, and related systems.
• Perform planned preventive maintenance to ensure reliability.
• Coordinate HV isolation, switching, and restoration per procedures.
• Review and close maintenance work orders in CMMS; ensure documentation accuracy.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage vendors and contractors; ensure safety and quality.
• Support change management, maintenance windows, and incident response.
• Maintain compliance with HSEQ requirements and electrical regulations.
• Contribute to maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle planning.
• Prepare maintenance procedures and ensure accurate records.
