Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent; Bachelor's in IT preferred.
• CCNA and CCNP preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in enterprise data center.
• Experience troubleshooting server hardware and network connectivity.
• Ability to travel 0-25% and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly sweeps of server and storage equipment; collect logs.
• Diagnose connectivity issues in servers and storage equipment.
• Engage vendor support (HPE, Dell, IX) by opening cases.
• Collaborate with operations to manage break-and-fix logistics.
• Oversee RMA processes for components like rPDUs and switches.
• Provide hardware support for moves, adds, changes.
• Decommission IT equipment when required.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain asset inventory.
• Update cabling and materials documentation.
• Monitor space, power, cooling, and patch panel capacity.
