Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. in Indonesia is seeking a Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning function across complex data center construction projects. You will define processes, standards, and serve as the senior technical authority for commissioning activities.

You will oversee cross-functional teams and external partners, manage schedules and budgets, ensure compliance with ASHRAE, LEED, ISO, and drive FAT, SAT, IST testing, and a smooth handover to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 7–10+ years in commissioning/data center delivery.
• 5+ years in leadership or multi-project management.
• Certifications (preferred): CCP, CPMP, PMP, LEED AP, etc.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define commissioning strategy and execution across multiple data center projects.
• Project Oversight: Govern commissioning plans, schedules, and third-party interfaces.
• Team & Resource Management: Mentor commissioning staff and allocate resources across sites.
• Quality, Risk & Compliance: Ensure design intent, performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Testing & Turnover: Lead FAT, SAT, IST activities and handover documentation.
