Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources for deep analysis
• Analyze transaction data, user activity, and other related data to detect fraud and anomalies/irregularities
• Coordinate with Operations, Risk, and Security teams to respond to fraud cases/incidents
• Produce regular reports on fraud trends, case resolutions, and risk mitigation efforts
• Deliver data-driven insights to proactively identify and mitigate potential business/operational risks and fraud

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Criminology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in data analytics and insights generation
• Proficient and experience in data query & analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Looker) and advanced analytics language (e.g. Python, R)
• Experience in fraud detection, risk analysis, compliance, or similar field
• Strong analytical skills, high attention to details, and high standard of integrity & ethics
• Ability to make quick, data-informed insights and decisions
• Prior experience in logistic industry is an advantage
