Job summary

Vidio is seeking a data analyst to collect, clean, and analyze data from social platforms, e-commerce, and content performance sources to support business decisions.

You will build dashboards for engagement, conversion, and social commerce KPIs using SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI, and work with cross-functional teams to answer data-driven questions about audience behavior and purchase funnels.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, CS, Math, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel, with working knowledge of at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio).
• Able to work with large datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills; able to present analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Desirable: Python/R, statistical methods, or prior data analysis projects.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from social platforms, e-commerce, and content performance sources to support business and product decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking engagement, conversion, and social commerce KPIs using tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to answer data-driven questions about audience behavior and purchase funnels.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in content and shopping data, and communicate findings clearly.
• Analyze creator/influencer and campaign performance to inform content and commerce strategy.
