Job summary

PT Asuransi Jiwa IFG is seeking a data analyst to analyze and interpret complex data sets, develop data models, and create Power BI dashboards. The role requires 1–5 years of experience, strong SQL skills, and proficiency in Python or R for data cleansing.

You will map and cleanse data, ensure data quality, and collaborate with the team to deliver data-driven insights across insurance and financial datasets. This is a 6-month contract based in South Jakarta with on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–5 years of experience in a data/BI role.
• Strong SQL (PostgreSQL / SQL Server / BigQuery) and Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Python / R for EDA and data cleansing.
• Experience with data modeling (Fact, Dim, Star Schema).
• Knowledge of data mapping and OLAP models.
• Power BI expertise (DAX, visuals).
• Understanding of ETL concepts.
• Experience with insurance, financial, or digital business data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets.

• Perform data mapping and cleansing using Python/R.
• Create and manage reports and dashboards using Power BI.
