Job summary

Staffinc, Indonesia’s leading digital staffing platform, is seeking a Data Analyst to support data-driven decision making across all departments. You will collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, transforming insights into dashboards with Metabase or Superset and sharing regular reports.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, performing statistical analyses, and collaborating with various teams to fulfill analytical needs and provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in Data analysis, BI, or similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying data
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methods
• Excellent communication skills to explain findings to diverse audiences
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decision-making and identify actionable insights.
• Transform raw data into meaningful reports and visualizations that drive organizational success and operational efficiency.
• Clean and validate data, perform statistical analysis, create dashboards with Metabase, Superset, or similar, and generate regular and ad-hoc reports.
• Monitor KPIs, track performance against benchmarks, and support decision-making through quantitative analysis across finance, operations, marketing, sales, and other areas
