Job summary

PT Blue Bird Tbk is seeking a Data Analyst to extract, process, and analyze workshop operational data from multiple systems. You will determine analytical methods based on business needs and develop reports and dashboards that are easy to understand and use by operational teams and management.

In this role, you will deliver data-driven insights, recommendations, and opportunities for process improvements while maintaining accurate data practices.

Job description

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent) with experience in data processing and analysis

Strong analytical, logical, and systematic thinking skills to understand data flows and identify patterns or anomalies

Proficient in data processing and analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI, and other supporting tools (e.g., Quick Suite)

Ability to perform data cleaning, validation, and management in an accurate, structured, and sustainable manner

Experienced in preparing periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and developing insightful, user-friendly dashboards

Strong communication skills, responsive to ad-hoc requests, and able to work under pressure with high initiative and adaptability

Responsibilities:

This position will be based in the Workshop Department and is responsible for supporting operational data analysis and decision-making within the department
