Job summary

Gentem Lifelong Learning is seeking a Data Analyst to help leaders understand data, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. You will collect and validate data, automate reports, and partner with stakeholders to drive smarter decisions.

Candidates should be eager to learn, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, and proactively improve reporting processes.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building efficient reporting systems, and collaborating with people across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Present insights clearly and confidently during meetings, helping teams make informed decisions.
• Build and maintain accurate dashboards and reports that support business decision-making.
• Collect, clean, analyze, and validate data using Google Sheets and other reporting tools.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes using SQL, Python, or scripting to improve team efficiency.
• Identify trends, investigate business problems, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other departments to understand business needs.
• Continuously improve reporting processes, data quality, and workflow efficiency.

• Eager to learn, develop new skills, and willing to put in extra effort when priorities or deadlines require it.
• Able to communicate data and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable collaborating with different teams and building positive working relationships.
• Confident speaking up in meetings by asking thoughtful questions, sharing ideas, and providing recommendations.
• Proactive, resourceful, and always looking for ways to improve processes.
• Takes ownership of work, performs well under pressure, and is willing to go the extra mile to meet important deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Google Sheets. Experience with SQL and Python is a strong advantage.
