Job summary

Moladin, a leading Indonesian mobility fintech platform, is seeking a Mid to Senior Data Analyst to partner with management and operations. You will translate complex lending and transaction data into actionable dashboards and summaries, ensuring uniform metrics across departments.

You will use BigQuery, Airflow, Python, and Metabase to drive insights on the health of the business and loan portfolio, collaborating with underwriting, collections, and operations teams to standardize data practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, CS).
• 3–5 years of analytics experience; digital lending/fintech exposure is advantageous.
• Comfort with multi-table joins, subqueries, and window functions.
• Experience building UI reports in Metabase and Looker Studio; Spreadsheet experience is a plus.
• Ability to push automated alerts from queries into tools (Slack, Google Workspace).
• Read/understand Airflow DAGs and data dependencies.
• Strong English communication; present findings to management and align metrics across teams.
• Understand commercial drivers behind credit approvals, loan disbursement, and NPLs.
• Attention to data integrity and ability to reconcile data from conflicting sources.

We are seeking a Mid to Senior Level Data Analyst to act as the primary analytics partner for our management and business operational teams. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex transactional records and executive decision making. Your core focus will be designing strategic management dashboards, resolving cross departmental data discrepancies, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to guarantee absolute uniformity across all performance metrics. You will leverage our data ecosystem (BigQuery, Airflow, Python, and Metabase) to ensure our leadership has insights into the health of our business and loan portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Design, scale, and maintain high-impact executive dashboards using Metabase, Looker Studio (Data Studio) and Spreadsheet to track high-level business performance, risks, and revenue targets.
• Serve as the dedicated analytics touchpoint for management, translating raw technical pipelines into simple, high-utility financial and risk summaries.
• Partner directly with business operations, credit underwriting, and collection teams to map internal workflows, absorb institutional lending domain knowledge, and translate business requirements into technical data schemas.
• Maintain cross-departmental reviews to define and standardize business metrics, ensuring that technical definitions exactly match commercial realities.
• Conduct rigorous data investigations to detect, debug, and reconcile reporting mismatches.
• Build or modify internal productivity workflows using Apps Script/JavaScript and maintain scheduled reporting automation orchestrated via Airflow.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a matching quantitative field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an analytics role. Prior exposure to digital lending, micro-finance, banking, or fintech operations is highly advantageous.
• Comfort with multi-table joins, subqueries, and window functions to query heavy, nested lending and transaction histories.
• Demonstrated experience building intuitive, clean UI reports in Metabase, Looker Studio and Spreadsheet.
• Ability to build script integrations to push automated alerts from database queries into business tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace).
• Basic comfort reading or modifying Airflow DAGs to check data dependencies and pipe-line execution health.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to confidently present findings to management and gather requirements from diverse business teams.
• The ability to look past raw numbers and understand the commercial drivers behind credit approvals, loan disbursement velocities, and non-performing loans.
• Exceptional skill in presenting technical findings to management and negotiating metrics definitions across disparate business units.
• A sharp eye for detail and data integrity, enjoy checking and identifying why two data sources have conflicting transaction counts.
