Moladin seeks a Senior Manager to lead branch teams in the Jakarta area, drive sales and profitability, and ensure portfolio growth with strong risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in a Senior Manager role within SME Financial Institutions or Commercial Banking, with at least 1 year as an Area Manager.
• Strong expertise in SME or Commercial Banking sectors.
• Extensive network within SME or Commercial Banking, especially in the assigned area.
• Demonstrates confidence, excellent communication, charisma, and teamwork.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet ambitious targets in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) or Commercial Banking sectors.
• Extensive network within the SME or Commercial Banking industry, particularly in the assigned area.
• Demonstrates confidence, excellent communication skills, a charismatic personality, and the ability to foster teamwork.
• Capable of thriving under pressure, meeting ambitious targets, and managing time effectively in a dynamic environment.
