Job summary

PT PUSAT GADAI INDONESIA is seeking a data analyst to support the Director with analysis tasks and stakeholder reporting. You will learn the data structure from the Product team, run SQL queries, and build Excel-based reports with charts and pivot tables to present findings.

You will source data via scraping techniques, clean and refine data for accuracy, and leverage AI tools to accelerate research and reporting. Fresh graduates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Max 27 years old.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Comfortable using Excel for everyday tasks (formulas, basic pivot tables) and for presenting data.
• Proficiency with data scraping techniques.
• Genuine interest in AI tools — actively using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot in daily work/study is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Director on data analysis tasks and requests.
• Collaborate with the Product team to learn data structure of the systems
• Query and analyze data from relational databases (RDBMS)
• Build and maintain Excel-based reports, using formulas, pivot tables, and charts to organize and present data
• Help source data through web/data scraping techniques
• Apply core data analyst practices — cleaning, cleansing, and refining data — to keep it accurate and usable
• Actively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) day-to-day to speed up research, writing queries, cleaning data, building reports, and solving problems faster
• Explore and suggest new ways AI can be applied to improve how the team works
• Maintain accountability in AI usage. Knows when and which data may be used with AI
• Help summarize findings into simple, easy-to-understand reports for the Director and stakeholders
