Job summary

PT SID seeks a senior leader to drive Data Analytics, AI Engineering, and Data Engineering, steering data-driven decisions and GenAI initiatives across the organization. You will implement market-proven GenAI and ensure robust data infrastructures.

You will mentor teams, shape data governance, and partner with stakeholders to scale advanced analytics, with a focus on ethical, scalable AI systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Data Strategy, Analytics, Data Engineering, or AI/ML.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL and Big Data tech (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop).
• Deep understanding of GenAI models, MLOps, and data governance frameworks.
• Excellent business sense, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Data Analytics, AI Engineering, and Data Engineering teams.
• Formulate and execute a comprehensive Data & AI strategy aligned with goals.
• Drive GenAI platform adoption (OpenAI, Vertex, DeepSeek) across systems.

Responsible for leading and overseeing the Data Analytics, AI Engineering, and Data Engineering teams within PT SID. This role exists to drive data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights, implementing cutting-edge GenAI solutions, and ensuring seamless processing, integration, and management of data across the organization.

What You Will Do

• Drive Data & AI Strategy: Formulate and execute a comprehensive Data & AI strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Implement Market-Proven GenAI: Lead the adoption of state-of-the-art GenAI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Google Vertex, DeepSeek) and integrate them into internal systems to automate key processes.
• Oversee Infrastructure & MLOps: Ensure scalable, secure, and cost-efficient data infrastructure while adhering to data governance and ethics standards.
• Empower & Grow Talent: Mentor team members and cultivate a learning culture focused on GenAI, MLOps, and advanced analytics.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Data Strategy, Advanced Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or AI/ML.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and Big Data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop).
• Deep technical understanding of GenAI models, MLOps, and Data Governance frameworks.
• Exceptional Business Acumen, Problem-Solving skills, and Stakeholder Management capabilities.
