dsm-firmenich is seeking a Lead Specialist, CX (Japanese Speaking) in Cileungsi, Indonesia. You will manage accurate order processing aligned with OTC principles, acting as the main liaison among customers, sales, and internal teams to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.

Required are a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in customer service or order management, with fluency in Japanese and business English. SAP OTC/LE experience and CRM exposure are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in customer service or order management.
• Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) is required.
• Business-level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with SAP OTC and LE modules.

Aufgaben

• Main point of contact between customers, sales and other internal departments.
• Manage sales orders intake via email and Web Portal; order processing within 24 hours after receipt of order, and order confirmation within 24 hours after order entry.
• Handle communications with customers and/or account managers regarding rush orders, order changes, product availability issues, delays, or minimum order value.
• Proactively monitor status of open orders, confirm shipping dates, and propose alternatives where appropriate.
• Check and monitor order blocks: pricing, credit, allocation, availability blocks; collaborate with Sales/Planning/Finance.
• Support sales in follow-up on outstanding payments and escalate credit limits issues where appropriate.
