Job summary

3111 UOB Indonesia invites applications for a Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking. You will strengthen client relationships and drive service improvements to support business retention.

You will develop strategy, processes, and delivery measurements for service across functions delivering to clients in mid-to-high revenue segments. The role includes loan products, advisory, and trade finance, including letters of credit, for institutions from small to large.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the firm's relationships with existing accounts and drive ongoing service improvements for business retention.
• Develops the strategy, processes, and delivery measurement for service across all client-facing functions.
• Commercial Banking covers origination, development and management of loan products, advice, and trade financing for institutions.
• Provide banking loan services and auxiliary products (e.g., letters of credit) to institutions; cover small to large corporates.

Relationship Management (Commercial Banking)

Responsible for strengthening the firm's relationships with existing accounts, and driving continuous service improvements with ultimate focus on business retention. Develops the strategy, processes, and delivery measurement for service among all functional areas responsible for delivering to clients. Commercial Banking covers activities related to the development, origination, and management of banking loan products, advice, and trade financing for institutions with mid-high range revenues. Responsible for providing banking loan services and auxiliary products (e.g., letters of credit) to Institutions. Corporate & Commercial Banking covers activities related to providing banking loan products and advice to institutions ranging from small to mid-sized businesses, to the largest corporations. Includes major market middle market corporate banking, business banking, and corporate and transaction banking.
