Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Indonesia seeks an experienced Customs Clearance Specialist to manage end-to-end import and export clearance in compliance with regulations. You will prepare declarations, classify tariffs, and ensure accurate duty assessments while coordinating with customers and authorities.

You will review documentation, maintain data integrity, support audits, and assist on billing for clearance services. Strong English, detail orientation, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international freight forwarding or customs clearance.
• Experience using CW system preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export customs clearance processes.
• Prepare, review and submit customs declarations and supporting docs.
• Determine tariff classifications and duties for accurate assessments.
• Coordinate with customers, customs authorities and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Provide guidance on compliance, classifications, and FTAs.
• Maintain data accuracy for customs transactions and support audits.
• Handle billing activities related to clearance services.
