• Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service and providing accurate information.
• Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
• Good computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Bahasa.
• Computer literacy.
• Working hours: Mon-Fri; 9 am - 6:30 pm / 10 am - 7:30 pm.
