ATI Business Group is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Billback Specialist to support one of our valued client operations. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking billback invoices, managing supplier follow-ups, and assisting customers in using client tools while addressing their inquiries. Your contribution will be crucial in ensuring smooth processes, accurate records, and excellent service delivery.
To manage and track billback invoices, provide supplier and customer support, and maintain accurate records while ensuring efficient resolution of issues and adherence to service standards.
You will track, follow up, and collect billback invoices to ensure timely payment.
You will proactively communicate with suppliers to resolve outstanding billback invoices.
You will assist customers by addressing inquiries and guiding them in using client tools effectively.
You will maintain accurate and organized records for all transactions.
You will follow established processes and guidelines to ensure top-quality service.
You will identify and report challenges or system limitations to your supervisor for timely resolution.
Proficiency in English is a must.
Strong numerical and analytical ability to manage complex tasks.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus.
Comfortable working in shifts, including public holidays.
Willing to work at Central Jakarta (Harmoni, Batu Tulis, Gambir) or BSD.
