TP in Bali is seeking a Customer Expert who is fluent in Japanese to join our expanding team. You will assist Japanese and English-speaking customers, guide inquiries, and resolve issues with a focus on outstanding service.

Qualifications

In this role, you will support Japanese and English speaking customers, provide guidance, resolve inquiries, and deliver excellent customer service while working closely with international teams.

Requirements

• Fluent level of Japanese and English (spoken & written).
• Experience studying or working in a Japanese-speaking environment, or experience communicating with Japanese customers/communities, is a plus!
• Education: minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in Customer Service & Contact Center will be highly valued!
• Willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and onboard by Early November 2026.
