Job summary

Multimedia Nusantara School is seeking an experienced academic leader to align national learning outcomes with Pearson standards and to oversee assessment calendars and Pearson Edexcel administration.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership, strong English communication (C1/IELTS), and proven expertise in curriculum mapping for Kurikulum Merdeka and Pearson Edexcel. Responsibilities include faculty development and data-driven feedback to raise instructional quality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of academic leadership experience (e.g., Vice Principal for Curriculum, Head of Department, or Curriculum Coordinator).
• Proficient/Advanced English communication skills (CEFR C1 level / IELTS minimum 6.0-6.5).
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum mapping and integrating pacing guides for Kurikulum Merdeka and Pearson Edexcel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment between national learning outcomes and Pearson competency standards.
• Conduct regular classroom walk-throughs and lesson observations with data-driven feedback to staff.
• Design and manage the school's academic assessment calendar and supervise formative/summative assessments.
• Oversee Pearson Edexcel examination administration and analyze student learning achievement data.
• Identify faculty development needs and lead internal professional development workshops (In-Service Training).
• Lead integration of Educational Technology (EdTech) into classroom instruction.
• Manage Pearson licensing, learning modules, textbooks, and instructional resources.
• Direct and oversee preparation and issuance of Student Progress Reports.
