Job summary

Wine Adore Indonesia seeks a Financial Accountant to lead multi-entity financial operations across Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Malaysia. You will maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and support cross-border transactions while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

You will work with Zoho Books, Xero, and QuickBooks, ensuring inventory control and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
2–3 years of accounting or finance experience; retail/fintech/tech/trading preferred.
Experience with multi-entity accounting and cross-border operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate accounting records across multiple entities.
Record financial transactions, prepare journal entries, and perform reconciliations.
Assist in preparing monthly financial and management reports.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Support budgeting, cost monitoring, and basic financial analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams and external accountants or tax consultants.
Audit inventory movement and support reconciliation between systems.
Monitor COGS and inventory adjustments.
Record logistics-related costs including shipping and cross-border expenses.
Maintain financial data in accounting systems (Zoho Books, Xero, QuickBooks).
Support documentation, compliance processes, and audit preparation.
