Job summary

Adaro Logistics in Indonesia is seeking a Crewing Supervisor to manage and supervise crewing operations, plan and place crew on ships, and oversee crew administration to ensure manpower meets operational needs.

The ideal candidate has a nautical diploma, at least 5 years in port operations or offshore tug support, knowledge of marine operations, ISM, audits, and strong leadership to guide teams in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan.

Qualifications

• Minimum required: Nautical Diploma and knowledge of marine operations.
• 5+ years of experience in Port Operations or Offshore Support Tug sectors.
• Experience with crew planning, supervision, and administration.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

Minimum diploma's degree of Nautical.

Minimum 5 years of experience in related field of Port Operations and/or Offshore Support Tug industry

Good leadership and people skills management

Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan.
