Life Style Coffee Shop in Balikpapan is seeking a friendly Cafe Crew member to join our fast-paced outlet. You will greet customers, recommend signature products from Excelso Cafe, and ensure smooth transactions.

The role involves handling payments, applying memberships and promotions, upselling, and addressing customer concerns. Previous experience as a server/waiter is preferred, and willingness to be placed in Balikpapan.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Cash handling and POS experience preferred.
• Good communication and friendly attitude required.
